Your access to and use of the Mulberry & Ash Ltd ("The Company", "We", "Us", "Our") website, products and services (collectively "Services") is subject exclusively to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). You will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. By using the Services, you are fully accepting the Terms, conditions, and disclaimers contained in this notice.

4. Order & Purchase

Orders are placed through the online system or via phone. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgment email detailing the products you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us. 

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information into the system. Payment for goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the website at the time you place your order.  If we have made a mistake with prices, we reserve the right to change them.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the majority of addresses in the UK. All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. More detail can be obtained by contacting customer services.  

7. Returns and Refunds

We aim to always provide high-quality goods that are faultless on delivery. If there are any defects or if you are unhappy with the product delivered, please refer to our Return Policy for more information.  

8. Intellectual Property

The content of the Services, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade-names, text, images, graphics, and other material is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights and is the property of The Company or licensed to us by our suppliers. You do not have permission to use such material without our explicit consent.

In no event shall The Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
